MTDACPI wishes to announce that it will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting:-

a) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

b) Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

(collectively referred to as "Proposals").

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the 2016 Annual Report of the Company.

This announcement is dated 13 July 2016.
