MTD ACPI Engineering Berhad announced no dividend is proposed or declared for the financial year ended 31 March 2014. A first and final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2013 of 1 sen per ordinary share less 25% taxation, on 231,632,798 ordinary shares of RM1 each less 637,000 treasury shares, amounting to RM1,732,468 was approved by shareholders at the Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company and paid on 31 October 2013.
