Past Experiences:
Ms. Nik Fadzrina binti Tan Sri Nik Hussain started her career in the United Kingdom as an Accounts Manager at Lloyds-TSB Bank in January 1998 before moving on to become a Technical Analyst with Advance Data Analytics, Credit Risk Management of Barclays Bank Plc between November 1998 and December 1999.

She is widely experienced in the finance and strategic management areas of various industries. She served with Malaysia’s national oil corporation, PETRONAS from 2000 till 2004 in various capacities including Senior Analyst with Strategy and Business Development Unit, Petroleum Products Trading Operations Executive with PETCO and US Dollar Fixed Income Portfolio Manager with Group Treasury. Subsequently, she worked with KPMG Business Advisory on numerous projects in the area of strategic management, including the restructuring of the water industry from 2005 till 2008.

In 2009, she joined Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad as Senior Manager of Treasury before joining Maybank Berhad as Vice President of Global Markets Islamic from 2010 till 2011. In 2012, she moved on to assume the post of Assistant General Manager of Group Strategic Planning and Investments at Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and in 2014 as General Manager of Group Strategic Planning and Investments of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad.
She was the General Manager of Strategy and Business Planning of Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, Ms. Nik Fadzrina provided consulting services in the area of strategic management and business strategy to government agencies and corporations.

On 1 May 2018, Ms. Nik Fadzrina was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of MTD Capital Bhd group.
